Everest Base Camp Trekking

Towards Everest Base Camp

Lukla is the main gateway to access the Everest region.

This popular high altitude trek towards Everest base camp leads through a beautiful valley surrounded by white peaks. The old monastery of Tyangboche is a highlight on the way.

While from Everest base camp itself there’s no sight of Everest, the view of the famous summit seen from “Kalar Pattar” will leave you breathless – and not only because of the thin air!
