Trek through the unspoilt Solu Khumbu region from Jiri up to the lively high mountain village of Namche Bazaar. Following a demanding up and down route you will be rewarded with uncrowded trails and three beautiful passes to cross on your way.

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
Day 2 Guided sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley
Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu to Jiri, 1870 m (7–8 hrs drive)
Day 4 Trekking from Jiri to Deurali, 2710 m (5–6 hrs)
Day 5 Trekking from Deurali to Sete, 2650 m (6–7 hrs) via Lamjura La pass, 3640 m
Day 6 Trekking from Sete to Junbesi, 2680 m (7 hrs)
Day 7 Rest day in Junbesi
Day 8 Trekking from Junbesi to Nunthalai, 2040 m (6–7 hrs)
Day 9 Trekking from Nunthala to Khari Khola, 2040 m (6–7 hrs)
Day 10 Trekking from Khari Khola to Puiyan, 2350 m (7 hrs)
Day 11 Trekking from Puiyan to Phakding, 2350 m (7 hrs)
Day 12 Trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, 3440 m (6–7 hrs)
Day 13 Rest day in Namche Bazaar
Day hike to Everest View Point, 3860 m
Day 14 Trekking from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, 2805 m (7 hrs)
Day 15 Flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu (1 hr flight)

  • Emergency rescue arrangement (Makes sure your insurance will cover it);

  • International flight fare and Nepal Visa Fee;
  • Travel medical insurance;
  • Meals in Kathmandu;
  • Alcohol and any drinks on the trip;
  • Tips for guide and porters;
  • All expenses of a personal nature e.g. toilet paper, medicines, and confectionery etc.;
  • Any other cost raised by unforeseen circumstances;
