- Day 1: Kathmandu to Phaplu Drive 9 hours
- Day 2: Phaplu to Junbesi 5/6 hours
- Day 3: Junbesi to Lamjura 6 hours
- Day 4: Lmjura to base camp 7/8 hours
- Day 5: base camp to top and back to Jhapre 8/9 hours
- Day 6: Jhapre to Dhap 5/6 hours
- Day 7: Drive back yto Kathmandu
